Matthew 11:28, Jesus invites our heart, mind, and body to a spiritual rest in Him. There is no vacation, retirement, wealth, workout or sedative substitute for this Jesus type rest!

He may not free you from the pain, but He promises to help with the burden, and to give us a spiritual reprieve in the middle of it all. Y’all! He literally takes our broken, haggard, and toast burnt and replenishes our soul.
