Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!Thank you for listening to the podcast and I pray you are subscribed and staying connected by the blog, and through social media (Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest). I welcome you, and I’m glad you are here! Before you start full speed on your goals and planning the year ahead, have you left room for God to modify and veto where needed? Or, maybe your vision boxes God and He is trying to expand your territory beyond what you could imagine for yourself. 1 Samuel 15 accounts the story of King Saul losing his covering and anointing from God all due to his partial obedience, or in other words his disobedience. King Saul, like us, missed the opportunity to trust God. He did not pass the test to follow God wholeheartedly and surrender his will. Perhaps, in 2022, God is stretching you, disturbing your comfort zone or meeting you with His faithful love and provision in a difficult season. Have you left room for God to script the story of your life this year ahead? Or are your plowing through on your own efforts and short-sightedness?In today’s podcast, let’s explore our vision and the uncharted territory ahead, but with God’s protection before and behind us. We are ensured success, comfort in Him, and favor when we offer Him our full surrender and faithfulness. Happy 2022 planning with God ahead. Thanks for listening!

“Grieve well friend”. A friend shared this, and it greatly impacted me. It seems grim to think of encouraging someone to grieve…well nonetheless. But, it is actually caring for someone’s well-being and encouraging spiritual wellness. Jesus valued grief. Jesus, our Lord and Savior, modeled the way to grieve well. This can be found in the passage in John 11, the story of the death of Lazarus. This Christmas season, while we celebrate the birth and life of Jesus Christ, we can do so with joy and in spite of grieving well. Jesus is our anchor and our hope is in His birth, life, death and resurrection. Our hope, our anchor, allows us to grieve well and to be present in the valleys and hills of life. We are hopeful in our security that eternity is in our view, our anchor is unshakable. Thanks for listening! 💜

Acts 20:22-24 Paul shares his commission to spread the gospel and to stay focused on the course ahead. We all have an assignment that is nestled within the great commission that Christ left us to complete (Matthew 28:19-20.)In addition to our unified mission, as the body of believers, God has set us apart for a specified purpose, with tailor made assignments. Our faithfulness to stay the course is indicative of our hope and anchor in the Lord. Let’s finish well, and be excellent in our faithful well doing, for the glory of the gospel to go forward! Thanks for tuning in, I’m happy you are here! I hope you are subscribed and will share this podcast with someone who could use encouragement and community.

Name what’s stopping you from being great….Did you find something or that someone? I have one for you to also consider- unforgiveness. Did you know that this is sin? It subjects you to spiritual bondage; living in unforgiveness places you right where satan wants you to be. Making inner promises and erecting idols to avoid the pain of our past is holding us hostage for too long! Aren’t you tired of this trap? Can I invite you to consider the freedom that only Christ can provide? Thanks for listening in today as we jump into the 2nd week on the topic of “extraordinary living in spite of fear.”

Got courage? Extraordinary happens not by chance or stumbling on this level of excellence. Your faith, especially through difficult times, will be the defensive tactics against the enemy. What’s your greatest fear? Let’s talk about and in Christ you can begin to deconstruct this idol? We are in the book of Esther this week!! One of my favorites! We are talking about her great fear of death and losing the comforts of life. Thanks for listening and being here on the podcast!
